Chef de Partie Cold Kitchen

Manage food production within the cold-kitchen section while maintaining consistent quality, presentation and food-safety standards. The role includes planning mise en place, coordinating service requirements and supporting efficient kitchen operations. This full-time opportunity is based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates and supports the hotel's daily operations and guest experience. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and able to work effectively with colleagues across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage preparation and production within the assigned cold-kitchen section.
• Organize mise en place according to menus, forecasts and service requirements.
• Maintain consistent quality, portioning and presentation of cold dishes.
• Follow HACCP, hygiene, sanitation and food-safety requirements.
• Coordinate timing and requirements with other kitchen sections.
• Monitor ingredient quality, storage and stock rotation.

Requirements

• Relevant professional kitchen experience and practical knowledge of the assigned section.
• Knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, sanitation and HACCP requirements.
• Professional attitude and ability to follow company standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
