Demi Chef de Partie – Peruvian Speciality

Support the preparation and service of Peruvian specialty cuisine while maintaining consistent culinary quality, presentation and food-safety standards. The role requires strong preparation skills, attention to specialty ingredients and techniques, and the ability to work efficiently within a professional hotel kitchen. This full-time opportunity is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and supports the hotel's daily operations and guest experience. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and able to work effectively with colleagues across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place for Peruvian specialty dishes.
• Support the assigned section during preparation and service periods.
• Follow recipes, cooking methods, portion standards and presentation requirements.
• Maintain food quality, temperature control and consistent timing.
• Follow HACCP, hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Coordinate with senior chefs and other kitchen sections.

Requirements

• Relevant professional kitchen experience and practical knowledge of the assigned section.
• Knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, sanitation and HACCP requirements.
• Professional attitude and ability to follow company standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
