Mixologist

Emirates Flight Catering is hiring a Mixologist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role supports the organisation's high-volume aviation catering, hospitality, technology, engineering, finance, HR or operational environment, depending on the function. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver dependable results, follow established standards and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. The position combines day-to-day execution with attention to quality, safety, service, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain beverage menus that align with F&B standards and evolving guest expectations.
• Prepare beverages accurately according to recipes, presentation requirements and service standards.
• Train and coach service staff on beverage preparation, menu knowledge and professional service techniques.
• Supervise bar operations, allocate tasks and coordinate with managers to maintain efficient service.
• Control inventory, requisitions and stock availability while supporting cost-conscious beverage operations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and maintain compliance with safety, quality and departmental procedures.

Requirements

• Education: High school certification; beverage qualification such as WSET preferred
• Experience: Relevant beverage/bar experience
• Core skills: Mixology, beverage service, menu development, bar operations, inventory control, guest service
• Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and teamwork skills are expected, together with the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable following company policies, quality procedures, safety requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
