Director of Food & Beverage

Park Hyatt is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage for its food & beverage / hospitality management operation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time position suits a professional who can deliver reliable results, communicate effectively and maintain high standards in a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires ownership of daily priorities, teamwork and a consistent focus on guest experience, quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall Food & Beverage strategy across restaurants, bars, banquet operations and in-room dining.
• Drive revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction and brand positioning across the property’s F&B portfolio.
• Lead the commercialization and operational performance of renovated or repositioned dining concepts.
• Monitor revenue, GOP, food cost, beverage cost, labor productivity and operating expenses and implement corrective actions.
• Establish strong procurement, inventory, operational control and cost-containment processes.
• Partner with Culinary, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management and Operations teams on commercial planning and execution.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience managing luxury hotel Food & Beverage operations
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Hospitality / related field
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Professional conduct and ability to work flexible shifts or peak periods when required.
