Job Overview

Al Majid Group is recruiting for the QC Manager Fit-Out position in the United Arab Emirates. This opportunity supports the group’s fit-out, joinery, construction or technical operations and is suited to a professional with relevant industry experience. The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate effectively with internal teams, project stakeholders, suppliers and site personnel while maintaining quality, safety, programme and commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage quality-control procedures for fit-out projects.
• Review project quality plans, inspection procedures and standards.
• Supervise QC inspectors and coordinate inspection activities.
• Monitor factory and site workmanship and material quality.
• Manage NCRs, corrective actions and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients and project teams on quality matters.
• Conduct audits and identify recurring defects or process improvements.
• Prepare quality reports and support project handover and close-out.

Job Requirements

• Degree in civil, architectural or related engineering discipline.
• Strong QC management experience in fit-out and joinery.
• Knowledge of ISO-based quality systems and construction standards.
• Leadership, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be organized, technically capable and comfortable working in a project-driven environment. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work according to approved drawings, specifications, schedules and quality standards. UAE or GCC construction experience may be advantageous depending on the role.
