Regional Manager – Facilities Management

Lead a portfolio of hard and soft facilities management contracts across the UAE, balancing operational excellence, client satisfaction, commercial performance and sustainable growth. This full-time opportunity is based in the UAE and is suited to a professional who can combine strong functional knowledge with dependable execution, communication and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contractual and commercial performance within agreed scope, budgets and profitability targets.
• Lead revenue planning, budgeting and forecasting while monitoring P&L performance and staffing costs.
• Oversee hard and soft FM delivery, resource deployment, vendor performance, SLAs, KPIs and statutory compliance.
• Review preventive and corrective maintenance programmes and conduct audits and spot checks to validate quality.
• Maintain effective CAFM usage, work-order reporting and operational data integrity across contracts.
• Lead mobilization and demobilization activities and mentor Operations Managers to strengthen delivery capability.
• Build trusted client relationships through regular site visits, performance reviews and strategic discussions.
• Promote energy optimization, smart FM technologies, automation and sustainable practices while supporting tenders, renewals and upselling opportunities.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in management/service delivery of structured FM contracts, including 5 years managing multiple contracts; engineering/science degree; UAE driving licence mandatory; FM certifications preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities with the confidence to work with colleagues, clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to prepare accurate reports, records and operational updates.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high standards in a fast-paced service environment.
