Trainer – Soft Services

Transguard Group is recruiting a Trainer for Soft Services in Dubai. The role builds the capability of cleaning and facilities personnel through practical instruction on equipment, chemicals, machinery and correct cleaning techniques. Training may include briefings, toolbox talks, classroom sessions, demonstrations and coaching at the workplace, with the aim of maintaining consistent service quality and safe work practices across assigned contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training sessions covering cleaning methods, tools, machines and approved chemical handling practices.
• Demonstrate correct techniques and safe equipment use through practical exercises and on-the-job coaching.
• Prepare and adapt training materials to suit learners, work locations and the needs of assigned service contracts.
• Check learners’ understanding through observation, questions and simple assessments, providing feedback where improvement is needed.
• Maintain attendance, completion and training records and share updates with operations and learning stakeholders.
• Reinforce health, safety, quality and customer-service expectations during sessions and follow up on recurring performance gaps.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bring relevant experience in soft services, cleaning operations, facilities support or practical workplace training.
• Be able to demonstrate tasks clearly and communicate instructions to a diverse workforce.
• Show patience, attention to safety and commitment to consistent training records and service standards.
• Use sound judgement, keep records accurate and follow relevant policies, confidentiality expectations and internal controls.
• Relevant education, technical training or equivalent practical experience in the field is beneficial; any mandatory credential should be confirmed before applying.
