Description
Park Hyatt is seeking a Assistant Sales Manager - Leisure & Luxury Consortia (Chinese speaker preferred) for its leisure sales / luxury hospitality / business development operation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time position suits a professional who can deliver reliable results, communicate effectively and maintain high standards in a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires ownership of daily priorities, teamwork and a consistent focus on guest experience, quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow leisure business from assigned markets and luxury consortia partners.
- Identify new accounts, strengthen existing relationships and pursue opportunities that increase room and related revenue.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms while protecting profitability and brand positioning.
- Build relationships with travel advisors, luxury consortia partners, tour operators and other key market intermediaries.
- Prepare account plans, sales presentations, proposals and business reviews tailored to partner needs.
- Monitor production, market trends, competitor activity and revenue opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.
Requirements
- Relevant leisure or luxury hospitality sales experience with account-development responsibility
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Hospitality / related field
- Strong communication, teamwork, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Professional conduct and ability to work flexible shifts or peak periods when required.
