Job Overview

Homecentre, Landmark Group, is hiring a Manager - Business Advisory - Buying in Dubai. The role supports strategy development and business transformation programmes and works directly with senior business leadership on strategic projects across functions and channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategy development and business transformation initiatives for Home Centre.
• Work directly with senior leadership on strategic projects across functions.
• Conduct research and provide operational support for management decision-making.
• Develop analytical insights that help leaders evaluate business opportunities and challenges.
• Work across the retail value chain, including stores and e-commerce.
• Support strategic planning and cross-functional partnerships.
• Analyse business information and convert findings into practical recommendations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support execution of strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to business reviews, project updates and management presentations.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to structure business problems and develop practical recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest or experience in retail, buying, business advisory or transformation.
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai and manage multiple strategic priorities.

Candidate Profile & Role Expectations

The role provides exposure to strategic projects across the Home Centre business and requires the ability to move between research, analysis, stakeholder discussions and execution support. The manager will help leadership evaluate opportunities and make decisions using structured evidence.
