Senior Manager, Planning & Performance

Lead planning, performance management and management reporting activities that help senior stakeholders monitor business priorities, financial performance and strategic execution. This position is suited to a professional who can combine sound judgement, customer or stakeholder focus and disciplined execution in a regulated banking environment.

Role Context

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual planning, budgeting, forecasting and periodic performance review cycles.
• Develop management dashboards, scorecards and analytical reports covering financial and operational indicators.
• Analyse performance against plans, identify material variances and provide practical explanations and recommendations.
• Partner with business units to track strategic initiatives, milestones, dependencies and corrective actions.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and concise performance insights for management discussions.
• Improve reporting processes, data quality and performance measurement frameworks.
• Support scenario analysis and strategic decision-making through structured financial and business analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, accounting or a related field.
• Strong experience in planning, performance management, FP&A, strategy or management reporting.
• Advanced analytical, presentation and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; exposure to banking or financial services is advantageous.
