First Officer-A320 (UAE National)

Job Overview

Air Arabia is recruiting an A320 First Officer for UAE Nationals. The First Officer supports the safe and efficient operation of assigned flights while complying with the Airline Operational Manual and applicable civil aviation regulations and working closely with the Captain and cabin crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned flights as part of the flight crew in accordance with approved procedures.
• Support safe, secure and efficient aircraft operations throughout each flight.
• Follow flight plans, operational manuals, standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assist the Captain with flight preparation, navigation, monitoring and operational decision-making.
• Maintain situational awareness and respond appropriately to abnormal or emergency situations.
• Support effective communication and coordination with cabin crew and ground teams.
• Complete required flight documentation and comply with company training standards.

Requirements

• UAE National eligibility as specified by the employer.
• Appropriate commercial pilot licence and A320 qualifications/ratings as required.
• Relevant airline flight experience and regulatory compliance.
• Strong teamwork, communication, discipline and safety awareness.
