Concept Architect – Visualizer

Develop architectural concepts and visual presentations for residential and mixed-use real-estate projects. Working within the design studio, the role translates design ideas into clear visuals while balancing aesthetics, function, project context and coordination with architecture, structure, MEP, landscape and interior teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural concepts that respond to project briefs and design direction.
• Create high-quality visualisations and presentation material to communicate design intent.
• Explore massing, form, materials, finishes, lighting and spatial relationships during concept development.
• Coordinate with architecture, structural, MEP, landscape and interior design colleagues.
• Revise concepts and visuals in response to design reviews and stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain organised presentation files and support design milestones and reviews.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant architectural education or professional design background.
• Experience in architectural concept design and 3D visualisation.
• A portfolio demonstrating creativity, design quality and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and incorporate feedback from a multidisciplinary team.
