Technical Services Engineer – Propulsion

Job Overview

Air Arabia is hiring a Technical Services Engineer specialising in propulsion. The role manages and monitors engine and APU reliability programmes for Air Arabia and third-party aircraft, supporting maintenance planning, modifications, cost-effective dispatch and fleet readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engine and APU reliability programmes and monitor performance trends.
• Support short- and long-term maintenance requirements for engines and APUs.
• Coordinate implementation of propulsion maintenance programmes through completion.
• Analyse technical data, defects and reliability information to identify corrective actions.
• Support engineering and maintenance teams with propulsion-related technical advice.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, repair vendors and regulatory stakeholders as required.
• Contribute to safe, reliable and cost-effective aircraft operations.

Requirements

• Relevant aircraft, aeronautical or mechanical engineering qualification.
• Experience with aircraft engines, APUs, propulsion engineering or technical services is preferred.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and technical documentation capability.
