Key Responsibilities

• Explain relevant service steps clearly and maintain guest comfort, privacy and professional boundaries.
• Clean and reset rooms or activity areas between appointments and report equipment concerns.
• Maintain accurate appointment notes and communicate schedule changes to the relevant team.
• Share appropriate information about available wellness services without making unsupported health claims.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant spa-therapy training, yoga instruction credentials or comparable experience are appropriate to the assigned service.
