Spa Therapist

Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver wellness treatments at Pearl Spa and help guests enjoy a relaxing, personalized experience. The role includes consultations, treatment delivery, preparation and care of treatment spaces, guest-record maintenance and awareness of spa products and services. The successful candidate will combine technical treatment knowledge with warm communication and high standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps and other wellness treatments according to approved protocols.
• Consult with guests to understand preferences, treatment goals and any relevant comfort considerations.
• Prepare, clean and sanitize treatment rooms, tools and equipment before and after appointments.
• Maintain guest records, including treatment history and preferences, with care and confidentiality.
• Introduce relevant spa services and retail products in a helpful, guest-focused manner.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation standards and attend training on new techniques and offerings.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand is preferred.
• Certification or a diploma in massage therapy or a related field.
• Experience with massage styles, body treatments, hammam, facial protocols and wellness practices.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in health, well-being and guest care.
• Ability to work confidently with a diverse team and follow established treatment protocols.
