Operations Executive – Mahali Program

Support sellers participating in the Mahali programme with day-to-day operational requests. Coordinate shipment bookings, ASN requests, pickups and warehouse-related matters; follow up open cases; liaise with internal teams; maintain operational trackers and seller records; verify documentation; escalate issues appropriately; and help sellers understand basic shipment, inventory and fulfilment requirements. This opportunity is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is offered by noon.

Job Requirements

• UAE National.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Internship/training or at least 1 year of relevant experience, good organisation, attention to detail, English and Arabic communication and basic Excel/Google Sheets skills are required.
