Assistant Manager – Central Operations

Own central operational controls across a network of dark stores, including SLA adherence for receiving, putaway, task compliance and pending-case closure. Run audit and compliance programmes, drive corrective actions, support new-store readiness, monitor inventory and layout accuracy, and work with store and cross-functional teams to resolve recurring operational issues. Use measurement, process improvement and automation to strengthen execution. This opportunity is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is offered by noon.

Job Requirements

• Experience in operations, supply chain, ecommerce or quick-commerce environments; strong analytical, process-control, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills are important.
