Senior Product Designer – Growth & Marketing

Lead product design for growth and marketing experiences across noon Minutes, covering acquisition, onboarding, first-order conversion, retention, promotions, CRM and re-engagement. Partner with Product, Growth, Marketing, Commercial, Analytics and Engineering teams, use research and behavioural data to frame opportunities, take designs from discovery through launch and optimisation, and build scalable design systems. Mentor designers and connect design work to measurable customer and business outcomes. This opportunity is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is offered by noon.

Job Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience with strong exposure to growth, consumer, marketplace, ecommerce or other high-scale digital products.
• Strong product thinking, research, experimentation, communication, portfolio quality and experience working with quantitative and qualitative insights are expected.
