Description
The Supervisor Maintenance role coordinates engineering and maintenance activities to keep equipment safe, reliable and available for daily operations. The position oversees technicians, prioritises breakdown responses, monitors preventive maintenance and ensures that tools and spare parts are ready when needed. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise maintenance work to meet operational requirements and minimise avoidable equipment downtime.
- Coordinate rapid, safe responses to breakdowns and confirm that technical faults are diagnosed and resolved appropriately.
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and verify completion of inspections, servicing and repairs.
- Allocate work to technicians, provide guidance and communicate priorities, progress and unresolved issues.
- Ensure required tools, equipment and spare parts are available and plan stock needs ahead of demand.
- Enforce safe working practices and applicable quality procedures across maintenance activities.
- Review recurring equipment issues, recommend corrective measures and report staffing or resource gaps to management.
Requirements
- UAE nationality is required for this vacancy.
- Experience coordinating maintenance work, equipment repairs or technical teams is relevant.
- Ability to plan work, diagnose operational priorities and organise resources to limit downtime.
- Strong safety awareness, team leadership and communication skills.
