Mixologist

The Mixologist delivers polished beverage service in lounges or restaurant settings, preparing drinks consistently while ensuring guests receive friendly and well-informed attention. The position also supports bar readiness, stock management and teamwork across F&B operations. Professional conduct, product knowledge and prompt response to feedback help create a smooth and memorable experience for a broad mix of guests. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages using approved recipes and appropriate presentation techniques.
• Explain beverage choices and interact with guests courteously, adjusting service to their needs where possible.
• Keep the bar organised, clean and ready for service and coordinate tasks with the wider team.
• Support colleagues through guidance on beverage preparation, service priorities and consistent working methods.
• Monitor stock levels and requisitions, report variances and help prevent supply interruptions.
• Listen to guest feedback, address concerns promptly and refer complex issues to a supervisor.
• Follow health, safety and quality procedures and contribute to ongoing improvements in service efficiency.

Requirements

• High school certification is a stated education requirement for this vacancy.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and the ability to follow recipes with accuracy.
• Good customer-service skills and the confidence to communicate with guests in a professional manner.
• Awareness of bar hygiene, stock control and safe working practices.
