Sr. FnB Manager – Outlets

The Senior F&B Manager leads food and beverage operations and supports the development of high-performing outlet teams. The role combines strategic planning, guest-experience oversight, staff development, cost and budget control, and coordination with culinary and support departments. It is intended for a senior hospitality professional able to deliver consistent service while managing complex operational demands.

The role requires strong organisation and commercial judgement across multiple activities, including service standards, staffing, menus, budgets, and improvement projects. The manager should provide direction to teams, communicate recommendations to senior colleagues, and use guest feedback and performance information to guide decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee food and beverage outlet performance and ensure consistent service and presentation standards.
• Lead planning for staffing, development, budgeting, and resource requirements.
• Monitor operational costs, capital expenditure, profitability, and corrective-action plans.
• Coordinate with executive chefs and operational teams on menus, product concepts, and service improvements.
• Review guest comments and operational results and recommend actions to improve satisfaction.
• Build team capability through coaching, accountability, and consistent performance follow-up.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a relevant field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Hospitality leadership experience and strong understanding of food and beverage operations are expected.
• Candidates should be comfortable preparing budgets and discussing performance with senior stakeholders.
• Candidates should demonstrate senior hospitality leadership and a clear understanding of outlet performance.
