Processor (UAEN Only)

Emirates Islamic is seeking a UAE National Processor to support escrow and related banking transactions through accurate processing, documentation and workflow control. The role helps maintain reliable operational delivery by updating systems, identifying exceptions and ensuring files are complete, traceable and ready for audit review.

Key Responsibilities

• Process escrow transactions accurately and enter required information into core banking, escrow-management and related operational systems.
• File, maintain and archive transaction documents according to internal control standards and audit requirements.
• Review submitted documentation for missing information, discrepancies or exceptions and escalate issues promptly to the relevant team.
• Update BPM workflows, status logs and other trackers so that case progress and outstanding tasks remain visible.
• Follow operational risk, governance and compliance procedures while providing required records for internal reviews or audits.
• Prioritise daily work to meet agreed turnaround times, coordinate with colleagues and highlight recurring process issues for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

• UAE National status is required for this role.
• At least one year of experience in banking operations or transaction processing.
• A diploma or equivalent qualification in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or a related subject.
• Exposure to core banking or payment platforms such as Finacle or Flexcube is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

• High accuracy, organisation and attention to detail when handling transaction data and supporting documents.
• Clear communication, problem solving and a dependable approach to deadlines and task ownership.
• Ability to learn operational systems, follow defined controls and contribute to continuous improvement.
