Principal Enterprise Architect

Landmark Digital is hiring a Principal Enterprise Architect to shape and govern an integrated, scalable technology direction aligned with business strategy. The position provides senior architecture leadership across applications, data, integration, cloud, infrastructure and security, while helping the organization simplify its technology estate and prepare for future growth. The role also includes practical adoption of AI-enabled application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise technology and portfolio roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Lead architecture governance, reviews, standards, principles and reusable design patterns.
• Guide modernization, rationalization and simplification of legacy applications and technical debt.
• Design AI-enabled application patterns covering automation, intelligent search, document processing, recommendations and conversational experiences.
• Ensure application designs address security, privacy, resilience, availability, monitoring, disaster recovery and operational readiness.
• Guide cloud, platform, DevOps, CI/CD and automation adoption across technology teams.
• Coordinate architecture across enterprise, application, integration, data, infrastructure, security and platform domains.
• Prepare architecture documents, diagrams, technical decisions, risk assessments and governance materials.
• Mentor engineering and technology teams and provide senior technical advice to business stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 15+ years across enterprise architecture, solution architecture, application development or technology delivery.
• At least five years leading enterprise-wide architecture or complex solution-design initiatives.
• Experience designing large-scale e-commerce and enterprise application solutions.
• Strong knowledge of application, integration, data, cloud, infrastructure and security architecture.
• Experience with Azure, AWS or Google Cloud and related scalability, resilience and cost considerations.
• Experience leading architecture reviews and establishing standards and reusable patterns.
• Strong communication, advisory, documentation and stakeholder-influence skills.
