Bartender, Carbone – Atlantis The Royal

Atlantis The Royal is hiring a Bartender for Carbone. The role involves preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for restaurant and bar guests while anticipating their needs and maintaining a high standard of service. The bartender will work closely with the wider service team and follow sanitation and safety procedures to keep the bar operation organised and guest-ready.

The position is suited to someone with formal beverage training and practical experience in a similar bar role. The successful candidate should be able to manage several requests at once, communicate confidently with guests from different backgrounds and contribute to a positive, coordinated service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the required standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, professional bar service.
• Coordinate with restaurant service colleagues to fulfil orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation and food-safety procedures.
• Keep the bar organised and ready for continuous service.
• Communicate menu or beverage information clearly and respond to guest questions.
• Support a consistent guest experience during busy service periods.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Wine and Spirit Education Trust Level 2 or a similar bar course.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Confidence in managing multiple tasks and serving diverse clientele.
