Hostess, Cloud 22 – Atlantis The Royal

Atlantis The Royal is looking for a Hostess at Cloud 22. The hostess is the first point of contact for arriving guests and helps establish a positive impression of the venue. The role includes greeting visitors, explaining waiting times, monitoring the waiting list, guiding guests to their tables and saying farewell as they depart.

The role requires natural conversation, excellent customer-service skills and the ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment. The team provides internal and external training to help colleagues strengthen their hospitality knowledge, communication and food and beverage awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a warm, professional first impression.
• Communicate waiting times and keep the waiting list organised.
• Coordinate seating and escort guests to their tables.
• Respond to guest questions and communicate requests to service colleagues.
• Maintain a natural, engaging and courteous manner throughout the guest visit.
• Work positively with colleagues during busy operating periods.
• Participate in training and continue developing food and beverage knowledge.

Requirements and Qualifications

• International exposure in a similar role or around two years in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer-service awareness.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
