Bartender, Ling Ling – Atlantis The Royal

Atlantis The Royal is hiring a Bartender for Ling Ling. The bartender will prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, anticipate guest requirements and work with the service team to deliver an organised, high-quality bar experience. The position requires careful attention to hygiene and safety, confident communication and the ability to provide professional service to a varied international clientele.

The ideal candidate has formal beverage training and at least two years of similar experience. A positive team approach and the ability to manage multiple orders are important, particularly when the bar and restaurant are operating at a high pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the required standard.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive bar service.
• Coordinate beverage orders with the restaurant and service teams.
• Maintain sanitation, hygiene and safety standards in the bar.
• Keep workstations organised and maintain consistent drink presentation.
• Explain beverage options and respond to guest questions.
• Support colleagues in maintaining smooth service during busy periods.

Requirements and Qualifications

• WSET Level 2 or a similar bar course.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Confidence in dealing with diverse guests and managing multiple tasks.
