Attendant, Wellness – Atlantis the Royal

Atlantis The Royal is hiring an Attendant, Wellness to support the daily operation of its Spa and Wellness facilities. The role focuses on maintaining clean, hygienic, well-stocked public areas and ensuring that guests are comfortable throughout their visit. The attendant also helps coordinate communication between guests, spa reception and service providers, and may support therapists with treatment-room preparation.

The work environment includes changing rooms, showers, relaxation spaces, hammam and heat facilities, fitness areas, pool surroundings, outdoor spaces and reception areas. Cleaning forms a substantial part of the daily schedule. The role requires respect for guest privacy and the calm, sensitive nature of a spa environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across spa, wellness, fitness and public areas.
• Keep changing rooms, showers, toilets, relaxation areas and heat facilities tidy.
• Replenish amenities and keep guest-facing spaces well stocked during operating hours.
• Respond to guest requests and coordinate information with reception and service providers.
• Assist therapists with treatment-room turnover and preparation when requested.
• Maintain treatment areas in a neat, safe and sanitary condition.
• Report unusual guest behaviour or comments to the manager.
• Attend required training and work flexible schedules in line with resort needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

• No specific minimum experience or academic qualification is stated.
• Previous work in a similar facility, public-area cleaning, housekeeping or guest-contact role is an advantage.
• Good spoken English; additional languages are highly regarded.
• Willingness to follow instructions, learn new tasks and work independently or within a team.
