Future Opportunities – F&B Service – Ariana’s Persian Kitchen

Atlantis The Royal is inviting expressions of interest for future Food and Beverage Service opportunities at Ariana's Persian Kitchen. Openings may include Bar Attendant, Bartender, Waiter or Waitress, Head Waiter or Head Waitress, and Assistant Manager. The team aims to create memorable restaurant experiences for a varied clientele, including VIP guests, celebrities, regular visitors and groups.

Candidates from different service backgrounds and experience levels are welcome to register their interest. Knowledge of Persian is an advantage. Depending on the position, successful candidates may support daily restaurant service, beverage preparation, guest engagement, team coordination or outlet management, with a shared focus on exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive food and beverage service suited to the assigned position.
• Create welcoming experiences for VIPs, celebrities, regular guests and groups.
• Use appropriate upselling techniques to support guest satisfaction and outlet revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of the chosen service style and relevant menu or beverage items.
• Work closely with kitchen, service colleagues and restaurant management.
• For supervisory roles, help guide colleagues and maintain service standards.
• Contribute to a positive and well-organised restaurant environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Around one to five years of experience, depending on the position.
• Experience in a reputable international hotel chain or restaurant group is preferred.
• Persian-language knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for excellent guest service.
