Head Waiter, Cloud 22 – Atlantis The Royal

Atlantis The Royal is seeking a Head Waiter for Cloud 22. The role supports colleagues in delivering a high standard of fine-dining service and provides a professional, friendly welcome as guests are seated. The Head Waiter helps maintain service consistency, understands the full menu and provides useful guidance to guests and colleagues when required.

This position requires prior experience in a high-volume restaurant and the confidence to interact with a diverse clientele. The Head Waiter should be able to manage several priorities, work closely with the restaurant team and help ensure that service or product issues are communicated to management without delay.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they are seated and establish a positive first impression.
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues during restaurant service.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of food and beverage items and promotions.
• Offer menu guidance and specialist information to guests and fellow colleagues.
• Monitor food and beverage consistency and overall service quality.
• Support a smooth flow of service in a high-volume environment.
• Escalate major guest complaints or quality issues to management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• A proven track record in a high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks confidently.
