Atlantis The Royal is hiring a Waiter for Cloud 22. The role provides hands-on support to colleagues and helps deliver courteous, high-standard fine-dining service. The waiter should be familiar with the full food and beverage menu, understand current promotions and monitor the consistency of items served, helping ensure that guests receive a polished and enjoyable experience.

Cloud 22 operates within a luxury hospitality setting where service quality and confident guest interaction are important. The successful candidate will communicate clearly, manage multiple requests and work as part of a team. Major complaints or product-quality concerns should be escalated to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to colleagues during fine-dining service.
• Welcome guests and respond to requests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Maintain knowledge of the complete food and beverage menu.
• Stay informed about promotional activities and explain options to guests.
• Monitor the quality and consistency of items delivered to tables.
• Coordinate service requests with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues.
• Escalate significant guest complaints or product issues to management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• A proven background in a fine-dining restaurant.
