Bartender, Nobu By The Beach – Atlantis the Royal

Atlantis The Royal is looking for a Bartender at Nobu by the Beach. The position involves preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, responding to guest preferences and supporting a coordinated bar and restaurant service. The bartender will work with service colleagues to anticipate guest needs and maintain the hygiene, safety and presentation standards expected in a luxury resort outlet.

The role suits a beverage professional with recognised bar training and practical experience in a similar position. The candidate should communicate confidently, work effectively with a diverse guest base and stay organised while managing multiple beverage orders and service priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for bar and restaurant guests.

Requirements and Qualifications

• WSET Level 2 or a similar bar course.
• At least two years of experience in a similar bartending role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
