Project Manager – IT

Emirates Flight Catering is hiring a Project Manager - IT in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role supports the organisation's high-volume aviation catering, hospitality, technology, engineering, finance, HR or operational environment, depending on the function. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver dependable results, follow established standards and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. The position combines day-to-day execution with attention to quality, safety, service, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology services and initiatives so business-critical systems remain secure, reliable, scalable and aligned with operational priorities.
• Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions, technical specifications, delivery plans or support procedures.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and business stakeholders, tracking milestones, issues, risks and service performance.
• Maintain strong governance over access, change, testing, documentation, security controls and production releases.
• Analyse incidents and recurring issues, implement corrective actions and improve service reliability through structured problem solving.
• Prepare clear technical reports and management updates and support users through training, guidance and effective communication.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related; project certification preferred
• Experience: Relevant IT project management experience
• Core skills: IT project management, schedules, budgets, risk, vendors, stakeholder management, delivery governance
• Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and teamwork skills are expected, together with the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable following company policies, quality procedures, safety requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
