Job Overview

Landmark Group is hiring a Technical Recruiter in Dubai to support recruitment across Technology and Product functions. The role goes beyond candidate sourcing and involves partnering with engineering, product, architecture and technology leaders to understand requirements, identify suitable talent, conduct effective initial assessments and build sustainable pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements, technical skills, seniority and candidate profiles.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and Product positions across multiple levels.
• Translate technical and product requirements into sourcing and screening strategies.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments covering technical experience, problem-solving exposure, career progression, communication and motivation.
• Build pipelines of active and passive candidates, particularly for difficult-to-fill technology positions.
• Support hiring across Software Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, QA and Architecture.
• Work closely with senior technology stakeholders and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Use market knowledge to identify relevant talent pools and improve recruitment effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting technical and product talent.
• Good understanding of technology and product roles and different technical skill sets.
• Hands-on sourcing and screening capability.
• Ability to understand role requirements and distinguish candidates by skills and career level.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
