Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition (Aircraft Engineering & Maintenance) – Contract Role

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment for our Aircraft Engineering & Maintenance division, on a contract basis. You'll be responsible for sourcing and selecting high-calibre candidates in line with business needs, while helping build flydubai's reputation as an employer of choice.

What You'll Be Doing

• Source candidates through effective channels to build a strong talent pipeline
• Support a culture that values quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
• Run pre-employment checks and post-employment onboarding processes accurately and efficiently
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage recruitment channels within budget, to hit hiring targets
• Translate business needs into recruitment plans through needs analysis and diagnostics
• Manage a high volume of recruitment, including specialised technical roles, across multiple vacancies at once
• Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers, ensuring best-practice recruitment throughout
• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle for your portfolio of vacancies, keeping candidates moving smoothly through the process
• Conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person) alongside Hiring Managers
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate, timely candidate and requisition tracking
• Report regularly to senior stakeholders on vacancy status

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree (3+ years)
• Fluent English
• 5–7 years of in-house or agency recruitment experience
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, and communication skills, with resilience and a can-do attitude
