Job Overview

Landmark Group is seeking an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Lead for its Dubai operation. The role provides end-to-end leadership across the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programme, with a primary focus on Finance modules. The successful candidate will combine deep product knowledge with technical delivery capability and business-facing consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the techno-functional stream of the Oracle Fusion programme with emphasis on Finance.
• Own delivery from business requirements and functional design through technical build, deployment and post-implementation change.
• Translate business needs into practical Oracle Fusion solutions and guide implementation decisions.
• Work with developers, functional consultants and business stakeholders to drive deliverables to completion.
• Support the ongoing evolution of the live Oracle Fusion environment and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance on Oracle Fusion Financials capabilities and related technical considerations.
• Evaluate opportunities to use Oracle AI capabilities, including AI Agent Studio, for Finance process automation.
• Operate independently while coordinating stakeholders and maintaining delivery quality.

Requirements

• 15+ years of hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Strong techno-functional delivery experience across implementation and change.
• Ability to independently drive complex deliverables and work with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience guiding technical and functional teams.
• Understanding of Oracle AI capabilities is an advantage.
