Senior Sales Manager

Develop business opportunities and manage important client relationships to support hotel revenue objectives. The Senior Sales Manager works across market segments, builds partnerships and represents the hotel professionally while coordinating with the wider commercial team. This full-time opportunity is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and supports the hotel's daily operations and guest experience. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and able to work effectively with colleagues across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales activities aligned with hotel commercial objectives.
• Identify and pursue new accounts and business opportunities.
• Manage key client relationships through regular calls, meetings and visits.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial follow-up as required.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with revenue, marketing and operations teams on business opportunities.

Requirements

• Relevant leadership experience in senior sales manager or a comparable hotel, commercial or corporate role.
• Strong commercial awareness, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to follow company standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
