Director of Sales

Lead the commercial sales strategy for the hotel and help position the property strongly in its target markets. The role focuses on developing key accounts and partnerships, identifying new business, leading the sales team and driving revenue across corporate, leisure, groups and Meetings & Events segments. This full-time opportunity is based in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates and supports the hotel's daily operations and guest experience. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and able to work effectively with colleagues across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel's sales strategy in line with commercial objectives.
• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team against agreed revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, groups and events segments.
• Build relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners, DMCs and other stakeholders.
• Manage key accounts through regular sales calls, client visits and market activity.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

• Relevant leadership experience in director of sales or a comparable hotel, commercial or corporate role.
• Strong commercial awareness, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to follow company standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
