Atlantis The Royal is seeking a Lounge Attendant for the Food and Beverage team at Elements. The role assists waiters in delivering a high standard of service and supports the smooth day-to-day operation of the lounge. The attendant works closely with kitchen and service colleagues, helps deliver orders safely and on time, and maintains hygiene and presentation standards.

The position is suitable for someone who enjoys guest-facing work and takes pride in personal grooming and service quality. Familiarity with menu items, careful handling of orders and consistent sanitation practices are important to the overall guest experience and the smooth running of the lounge.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist waiters with food and beverage service and guest requests.
• Work closely with kitchen and lounge colleagues to coordinate orders.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and communicate relevant information to guests.
• Help ensure that orders are delivered safely and without unnecessary delay.
• Follow food-safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Keep service areas organised and maintain a professional appearance.
• Report guest concerns, delays or operational issues to the appropriate team member.

Requirements and Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in a similar role.
• A proven record in an international luxury hotel is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive team attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and interact confidently with varied clientele.
