Atlantis The Royal is inviting applications for an F&B Attendant at Nobu by the Beach. The role supports waiters and the wider restaurant team in delivering an efficient, welcoming food and beverage experience. The attendant works closely with service and kitchen colleagues, helps ensure orders are delivered safely and on time, and maintains the cleanliness and presentation expected in a luxury dining venue.

A strong candidate will take pride in personal grooming, professional presentation and attentive customer service. Menu familiarity and a clear understanding of sanitation and safety procedures are important because the role supports the smooth movement of orders between the kitchen, service team and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist waiters with daily food and beverage service and guest requests.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams during service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items to support accurate order delivery.
• Help ensure orders reach guests safely and within appropriate service times.
• Follow sanitation, hygiene and food-safety procedures consistently.
• Maintain clean, organised service areas and professional personal presentation.
• Communicate delays, special requests or service concerns to the relevant colleague.

Requirements and Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in a similar role.
• A proven background in an international luxury hotel is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a cooperative, team-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple service tasks and interact confidently with diverse guests.
