Atlantis The Royal is inviting applications for an F&B Attendant at Milos. This role supports the waiter and wider restaurant team in delivering a high-quality dining experience. The attendant helps coordinate food and beverage orders, maintains close communication with kitchen and service colleagues, and ensures that hygiene and safety practices are followed while guests receive timely assistance.

The position calls for an enthusiastic service professional with excellent personal presentation and a genuine interest in guest satisfaction. Understanding the food menu and following sanitation procedures are essential to supporting an efficient service flow and maintaining the standards expected in a luxury restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist waiters with the delivery of food and beverage service.
• Work with kitchen and service teams to coordinate guest orders.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and support accurate order delivery.
• Help ensure that food and beverages are served safely and on time.
• Follow sanitation, hygiene and food-safety procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in an international luxury hotel is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a cooperative team approach.
• Confidence in managing multiple tasks and assisting a diverse clientele.
