Description
Provide first-line technology support through the service desk or onsite teams, helping colleagues resolve technical issues efficiently and with minimal disruption. The role combines troubleshooting, service management, documentation and escalation within an enterprise healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, diagnose and classify technology requests using structured troubleshooting techniques.
- Identify appropriate solutions and provide clear guidance to users across supported systems and devices.
- Escalate unresolved incidents to specialist support teams within agreed service levels.
- Maintain accurate incident records, resolutions and service documentation in the ITSM platform.
- Deliver professional customer support while following security, access and service-management procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ICT or equivalent; ITIL Foundation preferred
- Experience: At least 1 year in an ICT support service environment
- Professional approach: Strong communication, patient focus, teamwork, accurate documentation and commitment to applicable UAE healthcare standards.
