Reservation Agent

Handle reservation enquiries and booking requests while providing friendly, accurate and commercially aware service. The role supports the reservations operation by communicating room and rate information, maintaining booking accuracy and helping guests plan their stays. This full-time opportunity is based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates and supports the hotel's daily operations and guest experience. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and able to work effectively with colleagues across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservation enquiries by telephone, email and other approved channels.
• Create, modify and cancel reservations accurately within hotel systems.
• Explain room types, rates, packages, policies and available hotel services.
• Identify opportunities to promote suitable rooms, packages and additional services.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and communicate relevant details to other departments.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions and special requests.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in reservation agent or a comparable role.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to follow company standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
