Description
The Guest Service Executive – Front Office at Jumeirah Beach Hotel provides personalized support throughout the guest journey, from arrival and enquiries to requests and service recovery. The role is centered on accurate communication, proactive assistance and consistent luxury-hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests professionally
- handle enquiries, requests and reservations accurately
- anticipate guest needs and coordinate with relevant departments
- support check-in, check-out and general front-office activities
- communicate hotel services and facilities
- respond to guest feedback and resolve routine concerns
- escalate complex issues appropriately
- support VIP and repeat guests
- maintain accurate records
- and contribute to smooth front-office operations during busy periods.
Requirements
- Candidates should have relevant customer-service or front-office experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach and the ability to work with guests from diverse backgrounds. Hospitality education is advantageous. A polished, service-oriented attitude and flexibility for shift work are important.
