Senior Process Technologist

Emirates Flight Catering is hiring a Senior Process Technologist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role supports the organisation's high-volume aviation catering, hospitality, technology, engineering, finance, HR or operational environment, depending on the function. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver dependable results, follow established standards and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. The position combines day-to-day execution with attention to quality, safety, service, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product specifications and regulatory documentation across UAE and GCC markets and keep information current.
• Coordinate registrations and approvals with relevant authorities such as Dubai Municipality and SFDA.
• Review nutritional information, production routings, labels, translations and artwork for compliance.
• Maintain an audit-ready specifications function supporting internal, customer and external quality audits.
• Coordinate with Quality, Procurement, Operations, suppliers and Vendor Assurance to resolve specification issues.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate required updates to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or related discipline preferred
• Experience: Relevant product specification/regulatory experience
• Core skills: Product specifications, SFDA, Dubai Municipality, GCC registrations, labelling, BRCGS, audit readiness
• Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and teamwork skills are expected, together with the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable following company policies, quality procedures, safety requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
