Waiter/Waitress

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is hiring for the position of Waiter/Waitress in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a full-time opportunity for a entry-level professional to contribute to operational excellence, service quality and the organization’s business objectives. The role requires dependable execution, professional communication, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and other departments. Candidates should be comfortable working within established procedures while adapting to changing operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, courteous table service from arrival through departure.
• Explain menu items and assist guests with food and beverage selections.
• Take orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and beverage teams.
• Maintain clean tables, service stations, equipment and dining areas throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with culinary and service colleagues to ensure timely order delivery.
• Respond to guest requests and service concerns professionally and support service recovery when required.
• Follow billing, payment, hygiene, grooming and responsible-service procedures.
• Support outlet promotions and uphold the property’s luxury hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar luxury hotel or established restaurant; passion for hospitality; Russian, Spanish, German or Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills appropriate to the position.
• Ability to follow company policies, quality requirements, safety procedures and professional standards.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail, with a practical approach to daily priorities.
• Willingness to collaborate across functions and contribute to continuous improvement.
