Hostess – Preferably German/Russian/Mandarin Speaker

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is hiring for the position of Hostess - Preferably German/Russian/Mandarin Speaker in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a full-time opportunity for a entry-level professional to contribute to operational excellence, service quality and the organization’s business objectives. The role requires dependable execution, professional communication, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and other departments. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests professionally and manage restaurant reception and seating.
• Coordinate reservations, table allocation and guest flow during busy periods.
• Provide accurate information about menus, outlets, hotel facilities and operating hours.
• Recognize VIPs, special occasions and guest preferences and communicate them to the service team.
• Maintain relevant hostess-area supplies and outlet inventory records.
• Assist service colleagues with guest requests and operational requirements when necessary.
• Record guest feedback and communicate concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Maintain polished grooming, English communication and consistent hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of hotel operations experience; previous hostess experience is an advantage; strong customer service and communication; English proficiency; German/Russian/Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills appropriate to the position.
• Ability to follow company policies, quality requirements, safety procedures and professional standards.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail, with a practical approach to daily priorities.
• Willingness to collaborate across functions and contribute to continuous improvement.
