F&B Service Team

Support food-and-beverage operations as part of a guest-focused service team. Responsibilities may cover restaurant and outlet service, table preparation, order handling, food and beverage delivery, cleanliness and coordination with kitchen and supervisory colleagues. This full-time opportunity is based in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates and supports the hotel's daily operations and guest experience. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and able to work effectively with colleagues across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned restaurant or outlet areas before service.
• Welcome guests and provide courteous food-and-beverage service.
• Take and communicate orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages according to service and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
• Follow food-safety, hygiene and workplace procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in f&b service team or a comparable role.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to follow company standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
