Cafe Milano Restaurant Assistant Server

Cafe Milano at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi on Al Maryah Island is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Server to support the service team and help deliver an attentive dining experience. The role assists servers with food and beverage service, prepares and resets tables, keeps service stations organized and responds to guest needs. It suits someone who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in presentation and works well in a fast-paced restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist servers with taking and delivering food and beverage orders and coordinating timely service.
• Maintain clean, organized tables, dining areas and service stations throughout the shift.
• Refresh water, bread and other table essentials as needed and respond to special guest requests.
• Support the setup and breakdown of the dining room before and after service periods.
• Follow hygiene and food-safety standards when handling service items and working around food.
• Complete other reasonable tasks assigned by the food-and-beverage supervisor or outlet manager.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
• A positive, outgoing personality and a practical, can-do attitude toward assigned work.
• A good understanding of restaurant and food-and-beverage operations.
• English proficiency for speaking, reading and writing.
• Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy environment.
