Assistants Security Manager

Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking an Assistant Security Manager to support the Security Manager in leading property security operations. The position combines team supervision, risk awareness, incident investigation and compliance with life-safety procedures. The successful candidate will help protect guests, employees and property while maintaining a professional service environment and coordinating with hotel leadership and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the security team’s daily deployment and ensure duties follow established procedures and service expectations.
• Conduct property inspections, risk assessments and security audits to identify and reduce potential threats.
• Lead or coordinate investigations into incidents, security breaches and emergencies, documenting findings and corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations, company standards and life-safety requirements.
• Coach team members, support training and review performance to strengthen readiness and service delivery.
• Coordinate emergency plans, business continuity measures and security matters with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current Assistant Security Manager experience or a comparable supervisory position in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Dubai-based security experience and a strong understanding of local regulations and accepted security practices.
• A valid SIRA licence is required.
• Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, emergency response, incident reporting and team supervision.

The candidate should be able to organize shifts, guide colleagues and respond appropriately to changing situations while balancing guest service with safe and consistent security practices.. Accuracy, clear communication, teamwork and consistent adherence to operating procedures are also important.
