Banquets Supervisor

Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is seeking a Banquets Supervisor to coordinate banquet service and support successful functions. The supervisor helps organize service staff, maintain setup and presentation standards, address guest requests and ensure that events run to schedule. This position calls for a practical hospitality professional who can guide a team, work with other departments and maintain high standards of service and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate banquet-service staff to deliver professional and timely guest service.
• Support staff training, performance feedback and the development of service skills.
• Monitor guest satisfaction during functions and respond promptly to complaints or special requests.
• Ensure event spaces, service areas and equipment meet presentation, hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and cost-control practices for banquet supplies.
• Coordinate with banquet and food-and-beverage management on event needs and service improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality brand is preferred.
• A sound understanding of food-and-beverage operations, event service standards and hygiene procedures.
• Strong communication, organization and team-leadership abilities.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to event schedules.
• English proficiency for speaking, reading and writing.
